Entertaining at the Races is one of the most prestigious forms of Private and Corporate Hospitality.
You can entertain in style at most racecourses, be it in a Private Box, in the Tented Village (Summer and Principal
Meetings) or indeed shared hospitality in one of the Racecourse Restaurants. You can share a table, booking for 6 - or reserve a
private facility for 1200 guests at some courses.
Private boxes, Restaurants and Marquees are normally decorated to a very high standard, some being extremely luxurious. Catering is superb, packages usually include:
- Member's badge
- Car Parking
- Complimentary Race Card
- Full use of Private Facility
- 3 Course Luncheon with Wine
- Afternoon Tea
Some packages would include much more
i.e. Reception Drinks, Speakers, Jazz Band, Liqueuers etc. Prices
vary from course to course starting at approx. £90.00 per person
plus vat - £400.00 plus vat at Royal Ascot. Please
